In addition, both the Filipino and English dubs comprise of talented voice actors in both the dubbing and acting industries. The English version is specifically voiced by well-known celebrities of Filipino descent, such as Darren Criss, Jon Jon Briones, Lou Diamond Philips, Nicole Scherzinger, Dante Basco, and more.

I’m excited for the “Trese” anime series and plan to watch all three dubbed versions. I haven’t actually finished the whole comic book series, but I started it already. It would be really awesome to see the black and white pages come to life on screen! If you’re excited too, don’t forget to add it in your to-watch list on Netflix and set a reminder for yourself on June 11.
