Food and Drinks Discovery | Starr’s Famous Shakes Milkshake Bar

My boyfriend and I like to explore places that serve good food and drinks. Just last weekend, we discovered a new milkshake bar that was unforgetable and unique.
Milkshake
bars are not common nowadays. But we are happy to discover Starr’s Famous
Shakes Milkshake Bar, located in E.Abad Street beside Chubby Chicken and
7-Eleven. If you’re not familiar, it is the side street from McDonald’s.
Menu
Choose 10
from their Famous Milkshakes menu that are priced at P85.00. If you opt to add toppings,
the additional prices are: P20/add 1, P30/add 2, and P40/add 3. For VIP Milkshakes, they are priced at
P95.00. They also offer guilt-free yogurt milkshakaes at P125.00 if you are
lactose-intolerant.
If you
like snacks with your milkshake, Starr’s Famous Shakes also serve a few
things to eat. Try their “Bake ‘N Shake” choices consisting of sweet and
delicious desserts. If you want small snacks, try their burgers, mini corndogs,
fries, cheeseddogs, and more. These are available from 11:00am to 9:30pm.
According
to my research, the ice cream used in their milkshakes is their own creation.
They import the ingredients from a manufacturer abroad and create their own ice
cream. The ice cream maker can be seen behind the ordering counter.
Our
Orders
The place
is small, but we are lucky that it was less crowded when we got there. We were
greeted with a friendly staff. Since it was our first time to try the place, we
took time in picking our orders. I am glad the staff did not force us to order
immediately.
I ordered
Cookies ‘n Cream from their Famous Milkshakes menu and added mini marshmallows
and rainbow sprinkles as my two toppings, giving it a total of P115.00.

My
boyfriend ordered Cherry and Choco Mint Cookie from their VIP Milkshakes. We
wanted some finger food, so we ordered mini corndogs priced at 3 for P50.
Final Say
Both
milkshakes were very delicious, but I like mine better! I really loved it! :D I
never knew the combination of their ice cream, cookies and cream flavor,
rainbow sprinkles, and mini marshmallows would be so scrumptious. The first sip
was heavenly and I just kept sipping even before the corndogs came. My
boyfriend also loved his order. The corndogs were also perfect finger foods with
our milkshakes.
The ambiance is lively and homey, and is paired with colorful tables and
chairs. I love the toppings bar located by the ordering counter, where you can
easily choose the toppings you want in your milkshakes.

All in
all, I would recommend Starr’s Famous Shakes Milkshake Bar to my friends. We’ll definitely
come back to try their other milkshakes.
